1. Our Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with tags. Contact us at support@thecuddleberry.com to initiate.
2. Exchange Policy
Defective or wrong items qualify for exchanges under Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Exchanges ship in 3-5 days.
3. Refunds
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We only offer exchanges for defective or wrong items.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges: items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed; sale / clearance items; personalised or custom-order pieces; gift cards.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@thecuddleberry.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with a return authorisation and instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
6. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.
