1. Shipping Policy
We provide pan-India shipping via standard couriers. Delivery takes 3-10 business days domestically. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error. Track your order via the confirmation email.
2. Processing Time
In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days. During peak sale periods or festive seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
3. Domestic Shipping (India)
Standard delivery within India takes 3-10 business days after dispatch. Track your order via the confirmation email. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking link will be active within 24 hours of dispatch. If you haven't received a confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
