By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable laws.
2. Products and Orders
We sell 100% cotton western-style clothing for baby girls (0-6 years), including dresses, tops, and sets. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices include 5% GST as per Indian regulations for baby garments (HSN 61112000). You must provide accurate shipping and payment details. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues.
3. Shipping Policy
We provide pan-India shipping via standard couriers. Delivery takes 3-10 business days domestically. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error. Track your order via the confirmation email.
4. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with tags. Contact us at support@thecuddleberry.com to initiate. Defective or wrong items qualify for exchanges under Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Exchanges ship in 3-5 days.
5. Payments
We accept UPI, Cards and net banking. All transactions are secure and comply with RBI guidelines. No pre-checked consents for additional charges.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the product price paid. We disclaim indirect damages. Products are for infant use; supervise children. Comply with age restrictions—no data collection from children under 13 without parental consent (COPPA-compliant).
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian laws, with disputes resolved in Chennai courts. Consumer rights under Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are preserved.
